The Prestigious line of the Argiolas winery offers this fantastic Vermentino di Sardegna DOC. The grapes coming from the Is Argiolas and Selegas estate are characterized by their soils cultivation which has a good calcareous-clay structure, and an optimal sun exposition. This aspect, together with the Mediterranean climate permits the Vermentino grapes to assume a rich and excellent richness in scents and taste. There is a careful selection of the grapes, it follows the soft pressing with only one must. It follows the cooling at 10°-12°C with natural settling. Finally the fermentation with only local vines at 16°-17°C for 25-30 days. It has to rest for 40-60 days on fine lees.

The Is Argiolas wine has a light straw yellow color with remarkable green reflections. The perfume is intense, delicate but persistent with a floral bouquet. The taste is lively, fresh, sapid, balanced, delicate and very fine.
