"Erema" Siddùra well represents the sunny and windy territory of Gallura. From the vinification in purity of 100% Cannonau grapes. All the vines used come from the heart of Sardinia. At the end of manual harvesting, the bunches are de-stemmed and fermented in steel vats at a controlled temperature with maceration on the skins for a couple of weeks. Before bottling, the wine matures for a few months sur lie in steel tanks.
Cannonau di Sardegna Erema DOC Siddura’s features
A ruby red colour with light garnet reflections. The scent immediately conquers with an expressive and exuberant fruit, with aromas of currant, blueberry, cherry, red berry fruit, hints of aromatic herbs and slight spicy nuances. The taste is juicy and crunchy, it has a soft and satisfying sip, which gives a ripe, rich fruit and a harmonious and balanced finish.
