Wine description
The Carignano Bio wine of Cantine Antigori comes from 100% Carignano grapes, grown in the vineyards located in Capoterra, province of Cagliari, on land of sand and clay. After the manual harvest, the grapes are destemmed and pressed and the must is fermented in steel tanks for about twenty days. It follows maturation sur lies.

On the organoleptic examination, this Sardinian wine shows a ruby red color. On the nose there are hints of myrtle and Mediterranean maquis. On the palate instead stands out a strong alcoholic component, accompanied by a fruity juicy vein.
