This wine is born from the refined and precious Verdicchio grape vinified in 100% purity. The origin is the classic one with Verdicchio Controlled Designation of Origin DOCG. Harvest takes place in mid-September, by hand in wooden boxes, immediately transferred to the cellar. Vinification involves soft pressing, fermentation in steel tanks at 15°C and permanence on the noble lees for 5 months. Refinement for at least six months in steel tanks and then 3 months in bottles.

This wine has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The scent is that of acacia, broom, wildflowers and chamomile with typical notes of bitter almond. The taste is dry, savory, mineral, with fruity notes of green apple and a pleasantly almondy finish.
