Descrizione del vino
For the production of this white wine, 100% Verdicchio grapes grown in the Morro d'Alba area near Ancona are used: the vineyards grow on mixed soils with a predominance of clay, located at about 180 m asl. The harvest takes place around the middle of September, then fermentation takes place on the steel skins. Aging takes 6 months on steel skins and another 6 months in bottle.
Characteristics of this Marche wine
It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections; the olfactory notes recall cedar and Mediterranean hints, on the palate it is dry with a citrus finish.
Recommended pairings with this Marche white wine
Excellent as an aperitif, but also as an accompaniment to fish or white meat dishes. Serve at 14 ºC
