Descrizione del vino
From the vinification of 100% pure Ciliegiolo grapes. The origin is the classic one of the territory of Magliano in Toscana. After the harvest which takes place strictly by hand follows vinification, that involves the traditional red method in stainless steel tanks. Lastly, the maturation and refinement in stainless steel tanks and a few months in the bottle.
Maremma Toscana Ciliegiolo Maestrale DOC Mantellassi’s features
A deep ruby red colour. The perfume has pleasant notes of cherry which can be perceived in the perfumes. The taste is enveloping and soft and with a strong and lively colour.

A wine of the Tuscan tradition suitable to be combined with any simple dish of the Tuscan tradition. The optimal serving temperature is 16°C.
