From the vinification of 100% pure Verdicchio grapes from the castles of Jesi. The grapes involved in the production of this sensational label are selected directly in the vineyard. The origin is the classic one of the prestigious DOCG area of the Marche. Vinification requires a phase of soft pressing and spontaneous fermentation in steel. The refinement develops for a further 20 months in steel on the lees and 12 in the bottle.
Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi Classico Riserva San Paolo DOCG Pievalta’s features
A straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens up leaving initially floral scents to be perceived, followed by references to yellow pulp fruit, aromatic herbs and citrus fruits, with an almond note to complete the olfactory picture. The taste is fresh, savory and saline, with a good structure.
