The grape variety used for its vinification is that of Ribolla Gialla. The origin is that of the Colli Orientali del Friuli. The harvest takes place by hand at the end of September. The vinification foresees that the grape, rather late, is harvested at the end of September and is left to macerate for a whole night at 12°C. The fermentation, at a temperature not exceeding 15ºC, lasts about 15 days and, like the subsequent aging until the following summer, takes place in steel.
Ribolla Gialla "TURIAN" DOC's features
The organoleptic examination is presented with a bright straw yellow color with slight green reflections. The bouquet is fruity, fine and elegant reminiscent of the floral essences of acacia and limoncella. The taste in the mouth is fresh, citrine and sapid, but at the same time delicate.
