Wine description
Rosato “Eloro” Doc is a wine from Sicily region. It’s perfect to be consumed in many occasions, especially in summer and autumn. Grapes used to produce this typical wine are 100% Nero d’Avola and vineyards are located in Rosolino, Pachino, Portopalo and Noto territories.
Rosato DOC "ELORO"'s features
It presents a pink colour. On the nose orange peel and citron notes dominate its bouquet, which reminds also of the main fruits cultivated in Sicily region. Subtle and fresh in taste.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Elorina winery
It should be served in a wide crystal glass at a temperature of 12°C. There is no need for decantation. Its’ perfect to be paired with sushi and sashimi, appetizers and fresh cheeses.
