Weinbeschreibung
"Integral" is produced with 100% Glera grapes in the old vineyards of Col San Martino; film maceration, soft pressing and fermentation in purity at controlled temperature; fermentation and natural fermentation in autoclave for about 60 days at 12°C. Then it remains on its lees for about 120 days.
Characteristics of this Prosecco
It is a pale straw yellow wine with fine and persistent foam. The nose has mineral and white fruits. Very elegant, fresh and mineral.

Boil that goes perfectly with all fish dishes. Serve at a temperature of 8ºC in a slender glass.
