From the vinification of 100% pure Glera grapes comes this sensational sparkling Col Vetoraz. The area of origin of the grapes falls in the area of Valdobbiadene DOCG. The wine is obtained from the selection of 5 carefully selected vineyards. For the vinification we proceed with the classic method in white with soft pressing of the grapes and slow fermentation with the Martinotti method. The aging lasts for a maximum of 3 months. The method of sparkling wine requires the refermentation in large container with the "Charmat Method".
Prosecco Extra Brut Cuvée 5 DOCG's features
The aspect of this sparkling wine shows a straw yellow color, a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet recalls floral scents of rose, citrus, acacia, vine flower and fruity white peach, pear and apple. The taste is dry but with round expressions.

This sparkling wine of the Venetian tradition is an excellent aperitif, perfect to accompany shells, shellfish and valuable fish. The optimal serving temperature is 6ºC in a high and tapered glass.
