Wine description
The Pinot Grigio vineyard of the Jermann winery from Friuli is in the Collio area. The soil is rich of marl and sand with Eocene origins with a sub-layer called “Ponca” characteristic of this area. There are used exclusively Pinot Grigio grapes and the exposition is south-west, north-east. It can be rest in bottle for 3-4 years.
Characteristics of the Pinot Grigio
It has an intense straw yellow color with a little ancient pink color. The smell is intense, wide, fruity with a great persistence. The taste is dry, soft, harmonic and bodied.
