This Pinot Bianco "B. Giussin" by Merotto winery is produced with 100% Pinot Bianco grapes, coming from the vineyards of Col San Martino, near Treviso. The vinification takes place with skin maceration for 6 hours, followed by soft pressing and fermentation in purity at controlled temperature. The maturation lasts 8 months in steel.

This wine has a greenish color with slight yellow reflections. The nose expresses fruity aromas of pear and apricot, with hints of white flowers and spices. On the palate it is fresh, savory and drinkable thanks to the fruity and floral notes and the delicate aftertaste. It is also characterized by a long persistence.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this white wine
A perfect wine with aperitif, but excellent throughout the meal too. Try it with first and second courses based on fish, or with white meat. Serve it at a temperature of 10°-12ºC in a high and wide glass.
