Wine description
Elegant, fresh and well-balanced, this Chardonnay from Zorzettig Winery is a Friulian white wine that strikes for its refinement on the palate. It is made from pure Chardonnay grapes that, following manual harvesting, are destemmed and pressed, then fermented and aged in steel for a few months before bottling.
Characteristics of this Friuli wine
It presents a very delicate straw yellow colour. The olfactory bouquet is an explosion of yellow-fleshed fruit, flowers and hints of hazelnuts. On the palate it is striking for its balance and pleasant persistence.
Recommended pairings with this Friulian white wine
Excellent with legume soups but above all with fish dishes: hot hors d'oeuvres, raw fish, fried or grilled fish. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 C°.
