Wine description
The Valbobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Dry DOCG is a wine produced in the Merotto cellar located in the San Martino col in the Valdobbiadene territory in Veneto. The grapes are 100% Glera coming from an area called Cartizze. The single-variety winemaking and the fermentation are in autoclave for about 50 days by following the Charmat method.
Characteristics of Valdobbiadene Cartizze Superiore Dry
Esthetically it has a straw yellow color with a brilliant foam and a fine and persistence perlage. The scent is fruity and aromatic with some ripe fruit, wisteria and jasmine touch. The taste is velvety with a great aftertaste in harmony with the smell sensation.

It has to be served in flute at 6-8°C. It is perfect for the aperitif time and wonderful with dry cookies.
