The vines are exposed at the South and they are at 350 meters above the sea level. The peculiarity of this vines is connected to the soil which is characterized by clay and silt sandy layers capable of keeping water and to gradually release it to the Nebbiolo vines roots. It takes place a cold maceration for 15 up to 20 hours and the following alcoholic fermentation is under temperature control. Finally the wine is put in oak barrels for the aging which lasts 12 months. The following maturation takes place in classical steel tanks.
