Charactertistics of the red Terramore
The grapes used for this wine comes from Castagnito in the Roero for what concerns the Nebbiolo and Valpolicella for the Corvina. The vines are located at 330 meters with a South-east exposition. It has an intense ruby red color with a delicate bouquet . This wine is fresh and persistent with a balanced body. The scent and the taste are delicate and intense and they remind the violet.

The Terramore wine has to be served at 22°C in wide wine glasses to help the oxygenation and the diffusion of the scents. It is perfect as meditation wine but it can also be matched with important course especially the second ones.
