The Moscato d’Asti of the Massucco winery is a sparkling wine produced with the Moscato grapes. It is produced in the Santo Stefano Belbo territory in the Langhe. The vineyards are exposed at South-east and they have constantly the direct light of the sun so developing high sugar levels. The vines are cultivated in espalier and the pruning is the French Guyot which is the classical local production method. There is a cold maceration and a soft pressing and the fermentation lasts 3 days. The maturation takes place in steel tanks.

It has a straw yellow color with a persistent and constant perlage. The scent is fruity , fragrant and delicate where the aromas of croissant are marked as well the flower ones. The taste is sweet, harmonic and lively sparkling.
