The prestigious white wine Roero Arneis of the Massucco winery has a bouquet composed by fine and elegant white flowers, with fruity scent of apple, peach and nuts due to the cultivation soil. In fact the vines are cultivated on a soft and permeable surface with alternate clay and marl layers. It has a straw yellow color with green reflections and it is dry and lightly acid on the palate. It is produced in Castagnito in the Roero from vines exposed to South east and at 350 meters above the sea level. The cultivation method is the espalier with French Guyot pruning. All the vines are very young and they don’t achieve the 15 years old.
It has a light straw yellow color with a delicate scent of grass aromas not strong and persistent. It is quite acid with a light bitter aftertaste due to the Arneis grapes working.

The Roero Arneis of the Massucco winery has to be served fresh at 6°C in wide and short wine glasses such as the Ballon. It is perfect with all kind of fish: fried, grilled or with crustaceous and mollusk. It is very good also with baked green fish. It is very good with appetizers with cold cuts or cheese.
