From 100% Müller Thurgau grape vinification. Territorially the vineyards are exposed to the southeast and southwest between 350 and 650 meters above sea level on medium altitudes with calcareous soils, and clayey and sandy veins. The harvest takes place strictly by hand. The vinification foresees that the grapes are gently pressed and the must undergoes static clarification. It is then fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18ºC. The wine then ages for a few months on its lees in stainless steel containers.
