Barolo "Badarina" DOCG is the red wine of Piedmont par excellence. The grapes that produce this wine are 100% Nebbiolo from Barolo, harvested by hand in the cru Badarina, located in Serralunga D'Alba in a sunny location about 400 meters above sea level, consisting of vineyards of 25 years old. The vinification is traditional with a maceration of 10-12 days, followed by aging for 24-30 months in tonneau and 10 months in bottle.
Characteristics of this Barolo DOCG
Its color is garnet bright and intense, with orange reflection. The scent is full and intense with notes of raspberry and dried rose, that give the typical taste of tar, warm and pleasant. The palate is robust, with great structure and great persistence.
