Venus from the Apulian Winery Conti Zecca is a rosé wine that comes from Negroamaro grapes and other vines in a smaller percentage, grown in the municipality of Leverano on soils of alluvial origin with the presence of limestone. It is a wine that owes its name to the planet Venus, whose trajectory around the Earth is drawn on the label, but also to the goddess of love and pleasure, the same one experienced when tasting this Apulian wine. After the harvest, destemming, soft pressing and maceration for 12 hours take place: the next step involves draining and fermentation of the flower must in steel at a controlled temperature and finally maturation in cement tanks coated with food resins.
Characteristics of this Apulian rosé wine
On the organoleptic examination this Apulian wine is characterized by a delicate antique pink color, particularly striking the olfactory qualities that recall floral and fruity notes, especially strawberry and cherry. On the palate it is intense and with a good persistence.
