This Moscato Liquoroso "Ambar" from the Sicilian Florio winery is made with 100% Moscato Bianco grapes, grown in the selected company vineyards, on soils of mixed composition. Immediately after the manual harvest at the end of September, the grapes are subjected to soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature as to reach a gradation of 5-6°C. The wine distillate is then added to block the fermentation phase and preserve the sugars of the must; the maturation takes place until spring while the refinement takes at least 2 months in the bottle.
