Vendemmia Tardiva Terre Siciliane "EL AZIZ" FINA

From the vinification of the finest Sicilian wine par excellence. The 100% Grillo gives life, thanks to the technicians of the winery Fina to this sensational label El Aziz. The origin of the grapes is that of Western Sicily where the company operates, the harvest takes place in October in full maturation of the grapes, just before the overripening. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Then the aging of the wine that develops in steel, and then six months in bottle.

Characteristics of this Late Harvest wine

The aspect shows an intense straw yellow color with evident and marked golden nuances, tending to amber. The scent has sweet hints that impress for the evolutionary complexity reminiscent of white fruit very ripe and dried, such as: pineapple, peach and apricot. The taste is distinguished by a bouquet of warm, dry honey, such as bright pineapple, peach and apricot fruit increases.

Suggested pairings tasting this wine from Cantina Fina

It goes well with blue cheeses (it is perfect with gorgonzola), or creamy desserts or even with delicate desserts such as mousse, bavarian or savarin. The optimum serving temperature is 10ºC.
