This typical Trentino wine comes from Moscato Giallo grapes, vinified in 100% purity. The vineyards have an average life of 20 years and reach a yield of 70 hectoliters per hectare. The farming method is the classic one of Trentino Alto Adige, the pergola with espalier in Gujot. The vinification of this sensational grape variety involves the soft pressing of particularly ripe and perfectly healthy grapes. De-stemming, then cold maceration for 12 hours, followed by soft pressing, natural decanting, and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18°C. The maturation on the fine lees in steel tanks for 4 months. The vineyard is located in a hilly area with exposure to the south and east between 350 and 450 meters above sea level. The soil is clayey, warm and well drained.
