Lugana "Collezione Pruviniano" DOC DOMINI VENETI

The Lugana "Pruviniano Collection" of Domini Veneti Winery is obtained with Trebbiano di Lugana grapes in purity, grown on clayey-calcareous soils that give a certain minerality to the product. After the manual harvest happening in the second half of September, we proceed with pressing and subsequent de-stemming: the wine thus ferments without skins in steel at a controlled temperature.

Characteristics of this Venetian wine

To the organoleptic examination it shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Great is the balance in the mouth with a full harmony between floral and fruity scents. In the mouth it enters fresh and mineral.

Suggested food pairings while tasting this white wine

It is an excellent wine with fish dishes, especially those from the lake, and vegetable-based cuisine. To be served at a temperature of 10°C in a not very large glass.
