This wine is made by 100% Trebbiano of Lugana grapes. The vineyards used to produce this wine is in the DOC area at south of the Garda lake in the Brescia and Verona territories on a clay, salty and compact soil. The cultivation method has a low profit but very quality. After the picking of the grapes, it takes place the pressing and the cold maceration. The must ferments at low temperatures. The wine rests on the yeast up to December. It follows the bottling in February.
