Wine description
The Soave Foscarino of Domìni Veneti winery is made from 100% Garganega grapes grown on volcanic soils of strong mineral matrix that naturally also affect the minerality of this white wine. Once the harvest of the bunches is finished, after pressing 10% is stored in French barriques of the second passage for about 3 months while the remaining part rests in steel. The two parts are then assembled.
Characteristics of this Venetian white wine
On the organoleptic examination it has a straw yellow color. It particularly impresses the palate for its mineral component as well as for a slightly acidic vein perfectly balanced.
Recommended tips with this Soave
Serve at a temperature of 13 ºC; particularly suitable to accompany fish dishes, appetizers and cheeses.
