Wine description
The Lugana "Sirmione" of the Avanzi winery is made from 100% Turbiana grapes, a native variety of Lake Garda. After the harvest, the must passes into steel tanks where it remains to vinifie for about ten days; aging always in steel for 6 months before being marketed.
Characteristics of this white wine
In the glass it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections; aromas of white fruits, such as banana and peach, and floral; In the mouth is fresh and harmonious with a bitter aftertaste.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this Lombard wine
Perfect wine with all fish and vegetable dishes. To be served at a temperature of 8-10ºC in a glass not too wide.
