The vine used for this label is that of Pinot Bianco. Cultivated in Collio from the second half of 1800. The origin is the classic one of Russiz Superiore-Capriva del Friuli. Altitude: between 80 and 200 meters above sea level. Vinification and fermentation are started after harvesting, when the grapes are separated from the stalk. The juice and pulp undergo a cold maceration, then a slight pressing that allows the separation from the skins. The must is fermented in steel containers. The aging of the wine provides that the wine itself is left to rest about six months on the lees and then in the bottle.
