This red wine from the Venetian winery Domìni Veneti comes from a blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and other grapes in a smaller percentage. The grapes come from the hills of Verona, located at an altitude from 100 to 350 m usl on clayey and calcareous soils. The harvest at the end of September leads to a careful selection of the best bunches which are then left to dry for about 2 months, in order to obtain a greater concentration. This is followed by pressing, destemming and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25 ° C and maceration for about 10 days. The final phase of refinement requires the permanence in wood.
