From the pure vinification of Lacrima di Morro D’Alba grapes. The origin is the classic one of the territory of Controlled Origin in the Morro d’Alba area, in the Marches region. Harvest takes place in mid-September, by hand in wooden boxes immediately delivered to the cellar. Vinification is made in steel for 10% then follows the fermentation of the whole bunches with carbonic maceration for 90% .Last, the classic fermentation on the bowls. Wine ages for at least 3 months in steel tanks and 3 months in the bottle.
Lacrima di Morro d’Alba’s features
An intense ruby red color with violet reflections. The perfume has rich and characteristic aromas of rose, violet, myrtle and cinnamon. The fresh and fruity taste, dry and velvety with balsamic notes, medium-bodied and good acidity, pleasantly tannic.

Perfict with elaborate first courses, roasted white meats, cold cuts, grilled or fish soups. The optimal serving temperature is 16°C in a large glass.
