The vinification of this sensational wine of the Italian tradition involves the use of 100% pure Barbera grape. The grapes come from the territory of Piedmont. For the vinification the producer La Fusina, uses the traditional method of vinification, aimed at enhancing the best varietal characteristics of the wine. Are used for fermentation stainless steel tanks with short maceration of the skins in the must. The aging of the wine involves malolactic fermentation completely carried out in wooden barrels where the wine remains to rest for at least 12 months.
Characteristics of this red wine
To the appearance that is evident from the organoleptic examination, the wine has a purple red color. The nose expresses a strong aroma of spices and fruit. The taste in the mouth is that of a persuasive wine, of great harmony and body, the flavors released harmonize with each other thanks to its structure and manages to reconcile flavors ranging from the scent of raspberry to a slightly strong aftertaste, decided as the land from which it originated.

A wine that enhances its qualities if decanted for at least a few minutes. It goes well with traditional Piedmontese dishes, risotto, boiled, braised and game. The optimal serving temperature is 16ºC in a high and wide glass.
