Weinbeschreibung
Insolia "Tareni" from Cantina Pellegrino is produced with pureed Inzolia autochthonous grapes. After the harvest, exclusively by hand, the bunches are gently pressed and left to ferment and age in steel for 2 months.
Inzolia "TARENI"'s features
The wine has a bright straw yellow color; the nose has hints of citrus and tropical fruits with a mineral finish; fresh and fruity and with an excellent balance.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Pellegrino winery
Excellent wine with dishes based on vegetables or fish; also try with pizza. To be served at a temperature of 10-12 ºC in a glass not very wide.
