The Red that represents every year the highest quality expression of the harvest. This label is a real joy for the senses, deep and persistent. The grape variety used for the vinification is 100% Nero d'Avola. The origin of the vines is located in the agro area of the Province of Trapani. For vinification after the traditional harvest, starting from the first ten days of September. Long maceration at controlled temperature until completion of alcoholic fermentation. Aging of at least 24 months in steel tanks and barriques.

The wine has an intense red color. The scent has intense fruity notes of plum, red fruits and black cherry, with slight hints of eucalyptus. The taste is warm and persistent, with pleasing aromas of plum and red fruits, accompanied by balsamic hints and notes of rosemary.
