Gibelè, the mountain of the Island of dammusi. A white grape zibibbo, dry and fresh, with intense scents of jasmine, green apple and cedar. The vine used for its vinification is that of Zibibbo in purity. The origin is in the Province of Trapani. Vinification involves the traditional harvest, starting from the first ten days of September. Partial maceration, soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Aging in the cellar for 4 months, is completed in the bottle.
Features of this Zibibbo
The appearance of the wine is straw yellow. The scent is absolutely intense, jasmine and lavender, with hints of green apple and cedar. The taste is dry and fresh, with a long aromatic persistence of citrus, yellow peach and green apple.
