Weinbeschreibung
This white wine from the Apulian Varvaglione winery is made from pure Verdeca Sauvignon grapes. Vinification requires soft pressing followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14 C°. The final ageing phase takes place in steel.
Characteristics of this Apulian wine
It has a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose is floral, fresh and recalls citrus notes. On the palate it is striking for its good balance and persistence.
Recommended pairings with this Apulian white wine
Try it with raw fish, fish dishes and fresh cheese. Serve at a temperature of 10-12 C°.
