Description du vin
Winery Pellegrino’s "Finimondo!" is produced with a blend of red and white autochthonous grapes. After the harvest, with the grapes slightly wilted on the plant, gently pressed and left to ferment and vinified in cask for 4 months.
Characteristics of this Sicilian wine
Intense ruby red wine; strong hints of red fruits and spices with a soft finish; full-bodied and fruity and with an excellent balance.
Recommended pairings tasting this Sicilian wine
Perfect wine with pasta with vegetables or meat; try it with pizza. Serve at 16-18ºC in a not very large glass.
