From medium-textured soils tending to clayey, an intense red with scents of rose and red fruit. The grape variety used is 100% pure Nero d'Avola. The origin of the vines falls in the agro area of Salemi and Mazara del Vallo Province of Trapani. The vinification from the time of harvest that falls in the first decade of September proceeds with the traditional vinification at controlled temperature and aging of 4 months in the tank.
