Wine description
The Valteresi Chiaretto "Rosavero" of Avanzi winery is made from Groppello grapes more than the small percentages of Sangiovese, Marzemino and Barbera. After the harvest, the must is left to macerate in contact with the skins for 8/10 hours in order to obtain the desired color.
Characteristics of this rosé wine
In the glass it has a pale bright pink color; hints of caramel and floral to the nose; In the mouth it is fresh with an almond finish.
Suggested food pairings tasting this Lombard wine
Very versatile wine; perfect with fish dishes, pizza and cured meats. Serve at a temperature of 8-10ºC in a glass not very wide.
