Basilicata Bianco "IL PRELIMINARE" CANTINE DEL NOTAIO

For the vinification of this wine from Cantine del Notaio Winery is used a blend of Aglianico vinificato in bianco, Chardonnay e Malvasia grapes, cultivated in the vineyards of the Vulture area, in Basilicata. After the manual harvest in a box from August to September, the fermentation in steel at controlled temperature follows. Aging takes place in bottle for at least 2 months.

On the organoleptic examination, this wine shows a crystalline yellow color. The nose is dominated by fruity notes of exotic fruit, while in the mouth it surprises for flavor and freshness.

This white wine is perfect with fish dishes, especially with crudités and fresh water fish. The wine should be served at a temperature of 10ºC in glasses not very large.
