This wine boasts the I.G.T. Terre Siciliane. The Firriato winery starts the vinification with the sole use of Zibibbo grapes. The origin of the vineyards is that of the company, in the Trapani countryside in the Borgo Guarini estate. Manual harvesting happens at the end of August. Then the vinification with soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Finally, the refinement of the wine which is developed for three months on the noble lees or "sur lie" in stainless steel tanks with daily stirring.
Jasmin Zibibbo Firriato’s features
A straw yellow colour with greenish hues. The scent is broad, floral and elegant, with citrus scents wrapped in nuances of jasmine flowers and Mediterranean scrub. The taste is fragrant and savory, ample and harmonious, with a persuasive fruit in a range of citrus fruits from yellow to red.
