From the Tramin Winery a prestigious company from Trentino and from the selection of the best grapes born the white wine T Bianco. This is the prince of the Special collection. It is honored by the IGT certification which guarantees the geographical area, and its wonderful blend is made by Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon and Riesling selected grapes. All the grapes come from the Termeno, Montagna and Egna areas where the vineyards are located on calcareous, clay and pebbly soils located at 250-550 meters above the sea level. The profit is around 85 hectoliters per hectare. The T Bianco is characterized by an aging period of 2-3 years in bottle after the vinification. The wine making process consist of a soft pressing of the grapes and the fermentation which occurs in steel tanks where the malolactic fermentation doesn’t take place.
