This Bianco "Mongrana" from the Tuscan winery Querciabella is produced with 100% Vermentino grapes grown in organic and biodynamic agriculture. After the manual harvest, the grapes are pressed and left to ferment in steel and cement in contact with indigenous yeasts for at least 6 months. Subsequently, it is bottled and aged in glass for 2 months before being put on the market.
Characteristics of this Tuscan wine
To the organoleptic examination it appears as a bright yellow wine with greenish reflections; on the nose aromas of ripe yellow fruit and citrus scents stand out, which then leave room for a bitter finish typical of Vermentino Maremmano. On the palate it looks like a wine with a nice freshness and flavor.
