This prestigious and famous blend is composed by 40% Corvina, 15% Corvinone, 25% Rondinella 15% Croatina and 5% Oseleta. The vineyards are located in the traditional area of Valpolicella, on the hills of Negrar, where the elevation of the lands reaches 450 meters above the sea level. The harvest is planned in October and it is managed manually. The wine making considers a drying process that lasts 40 days. In November the stalks are eliminated and the pressing starts. The fermentation temperature is set on 23°C and the maceration lasts 15 days. The wine is aged both in oak barrels and in the bottle. Natural stabilization.
Features of the Valpolicella Classico Superiore Doc
Deep and intense ruby red colour with violet shades. Its complex perfume recalls spices, mature cherry, red fruits and violet. The taste is full-bodied and recalls cherry and plum.

It is fabulous with meat and aged cheese. It represents the perfect meditation wine. It has to be served at 18°C.
