This Superiore di Cartizze Bortolomiol is a Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG produced with valuable grapes cultivated in the renowned hilly area of Cartizze, which enjoys a good exposure and a certain minerality of the soil. After the manual harvest, which takes place in the second half of September, the wine is vinified in white by soft pressing and primary fermentation at a temperature controlled by the use of selected yeasts; fermentation at 25-30 days and final aging for a period of 1 to 3 months.
