A prestigious label of great representativeness for the Astoria winery. The result of the vinification of Glera grapes. The origin of the grapes falls in the Astoria estate on hilly grounds about 150 meters above sea level. The harvest for this Cuvée requires that only the best bunches are selected, harvested manually in baskets in September, when they are ripe. This is followed by the vinification followed by the destemming and maceration of the grapes for a few hours (cryomaceration) at 8/10, directly in the press in a hyper - reductive environment. The must is then gently pressed and the must is decanted statically.
