From the vinification of 100% pure Glera grapes, is born this sensational Prosecco Doc Treviso Extra Dry of Astoria winery. The vinification after the classic white vinification processes, proceeds with the spumantizzazione which takes place according to the Charmat Method, through refermentation in autoclave of 20 - 30 days, with aging of 4-6 weeks on its lees, before being commercialized.

On the organoleptic examination this wine has a pale straw yellow color, and a thin and continuous perlage, also persistent in the glass. The scent is characterized by an intense and elegant floral scent, clear, even fruity for typical apple aroma. The taste has the characteristic flavor, pleasantly acidic, harmonious.
