Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Millesimato Dry borns in the heart of Valdobbiadene, by love and attention to the details of the family Drusian, which from three generations cultivates these lands and follows every step of the winemaking process. The grape that gives life to this wine is 100% Glera. The fermentation takes place in an autoclave with the Charmat method, in purity and in compliance with the year of production.
Characteristics of this Valdobbiadene Dry
The color is straw yellow. The fragrance ranges from fruity to floral with notes of apple, peach, citrus, acacia and wisteria. The palate is soft and velvety and dry together thanks to a slight sour note.
