Made from 100% pure Trebbiano d'Abruzzo grapes. It comes from the DOC area of Casacanditella located 380 meters above sea level. The harvest takes place in the first half of October. The vinification involves the cryomacerazione of 14 hours - pressing - static decantation of the must - cold controlled fermentation and aging in stainless steel. Aging in bottle for 2 years.
Characteristics of this white wine
The appearance of the wine is straw yellow. The nose expresses the quintessence of the typology thanks to beautiful fruity notes embellished by hints of jasmine and vegetal traces. The taste on the palate is intense, vibrant and very fine. Balanced and relaxed, with a finish of rare persistence.
